What is BigBenta?

BigBenta Corporation is an Internet Software Company that aims to develop applications for the use of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). It is a locally owned corporation established last March 2015.

Is BigBenta a local company or foreign owned?

BigBenta is 100% Filipino owned, and intends to keep the same ownership structure in the future.

How many years has it been in business?

BigBenta has been in business for almost a year having been established in March 2015, it has already launched 2 platforms in the market, i.e., Online Classified Ads and Ecommerce Platform.

BigBenta is owned by its four (4) founding members and local investors.

What is BigBenta Service Bookings?

This service booking application allows customers to find and book for services that they need, ranging from home repair, spa, tutorial services, and others. For the service providers, this platform will allow them to create their own online profile to promote their services which will help them secure new clients, which they have no way of tapping by merely relying on their own networks and resources.

How is BigBenta Store different from its competitors?

BigBenta is uniquely positioned for having a Marketplace that combines Classified Ads, Online Stores, and Service Bookings. Because of this, there is strong daily traffic coming to the site. This will benefit the service providers as it will give them more exposure and visibility to the market.

How can BigBenta promote my service offerings?

BigBenta will help you promote your service offerings through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), online and traditional marketing.

How much does it cost to become a BigBenta Service Provider?

If you are a freelance worker and applying as an individual account, you only need to invest P1,000 (Metro Manila) or P1,500 (provincial) to cover for A&V fees. This will be paid annually.
If you have a company that you would like to register, you will also pay the same A&V fees, and a monthly premium fee of P1,500.

Will my Services be accessible in mobile either in iOS and Android?

All platforms of BigBenta will be accessible on your PC, android and IOS devices. The mobile application is still on development and will be available in a few months. Nonetheless, our platform is mobile responsive and be accessed using various devices.

What are the advantages I get if I subscribe as a BigBenta Service Provider?

As a BigBenta service provider, you will be able to create your online profile which will be seen by potential customers. The platform will also give you a booking system that will allow customers to book your services conveniently.
Special features are offered to both freelancers and agency accounts, such as report analytics, e-payment, and others.

Who is the BigBenta sales representative in my area?

If a BigBenta sales executive or sales partner has not visited you yet, you may call our customer hotline at (02) 8693001- 02 and 8107910 and we will assign someone to contact and see you immediately.

How will I know if the sales person approaching me is an authorized representative from BigBenta?

All our Sales Executives and Sales Partners will be provided IDs and if you would like to check further, visit our company website at sales.bigbenta.com where the photos and profiles of all our sales personnel will be posted for your reference.
Please note that our Sales personnel are NOT allowed to collect and accept payment from customers. All payments for subscriptions can only be paid via credit card, bank deposit, and over-the-counter.

What is Authentication & Verification (A&V)?

A&V is BigBenta’s unique approach to ensure that all service providers registered on its platform are legitimate and can be trusted by customers. It uses a third party partner to evaluate businesses before they can set up a public profile and post their service offerings

How long does it take to complete this A&V process?

It only takes a maximum of three (3) days for businesses located in Metro Manila and seven (7) days for provincial areas. Please ensure that your documents are prepared for the scheduled visit.

Who will conduct the A&V process?

The A&V process will be conducted by an accredited and credible third party partner who has been in the business for over six (6) years.

How will I be assured that the information and documents I submit will be safe and not be distributed to other parties outside BigBenta?

BigBenta has very strict Information Security Policy in place to prevent the un-authorized distribution of confidential information of all our store owners. Data security is a priority for Bigbenta.

Can customers pay for cash?

For fixed-rate services, customers can pay for service fees via credit card, bancnet, and over-the-counter. Service request must be pre-paid.
Services with variable rates, such as major home repairs, will be negotiated directly by the customer and the service provider, and will be paid directly to the service provider.

Do you provide receipts?

BigBenta provides an online receipt for all online payments. This will be emailed directly to the customer after payment.

How can I make sure my search ranking will improve since your site is new?

BigBenta has implemented and continues to conduct on-page and off-page SEO optimizations to improve the ranking of its site.

What do I need to be a services provider?

All service must pass the A&V process and pay an annual P1,000 fee for Metro Manila and P1,500 for provincial. Agency service providers will pay an additional P1,500 monthly premium service fee.

What will be my investment to be a services provider?

All service providers are encouraged to invest time to build a good online profile. Additionally, they will have to pay an annual registration fee. Agency service providers will be charged a monthly fee to enjoy unique business features in the platform.

How we assure that we will market as a services provider?

BigBenta, through its marketing efforts enjoys a daily visitor traffic of 3,000 and has built a strong social community. It is committed to help its business partners, such as the online store owners and service providers, become more visible online.

What are the features and benefits that I can get as a services provider?

The most important benefit that you will get are bookings for your services, from new customers. This will translate to more earnings and additional income for you.

How is BigBenta Services provider different to the other competitors?

BigBenta is the only e-commerce company with a marketplace that has successfully integrated classified ads, online stores, and service booking.

Why do I need to join in your services?

Start the process by registering online, at www.bigbenta.com. Submit all required information, and pay the registration fee of P1,000 for Metro Manila and P1,500 for provincial.

How long is the A&V procedure?

The process only takes 3 days for Metro Manila and 7 days for provincial.

There is no deadline, but requirements must be submitted as soon as possible, to start your online bookings.

The BigBenta site is mobile responsive, making it accessible across different devices. But soon, we will also be releasing a mobile app for service bookings.

Is the registration fee refundable and deductible?

No, it is not refundable.

Can I register two or more services providers?

All individual free lancers must register independently, while agencies or companies can register for its employees.

How long will it take me to launch my own BigBenta Services Provider?

You can already launch your public profile after passing the A&V process and after completing all the required information on your page. The entire process will take about 7 working days.

We have the right to terminate the contract of any Service Provider who acts in a manner unbecoming of a Service Provider, and we also terminate contracts with sellers who are caught committing criminal acts or delivering inferior products.
